Co-founder and CEO, Nils is responsible for Vision, Strategy, and Investment. Nils has more than 14 years experience in multinational IT corporations, working extensively with building IT infrastructure and developing software products to increase employee productivity in multi-lingual environments. Nils and Matt founded QE Tech to combine their skills and experience into developing products and services that increase employee productivity and provide direct and measurable returns on investments to corporations operating in multi-lingual business environments.

Nils has a degree from the University of California at Santa Barbara in political science and an MBA from McGill University's MBAJapan program in Tokyo. He was certified Level 1, or native, bi-lingual fluency in Japanese by the Japanese government in 1993. Nils is a former collegiate team captain and swimmer, achieving a world ranking in the 200 backstroke. He continues to swim today, though somewhat slower.

| Co-founder and Vice-President, Matt is responsible for Marketing, Sales and Consulting. Matt brings more than 15 years of business training and management to QE Tech. He has developed and directed cross-cultural and language training programs and consulting projects for executives from top-tier international corporations in auto, banking, finance, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, airlines and telecoms industries, as well as government agencies in Tokyo, Osaka, and Sydney. |
| Matt is a graduate of Sydney University with a degree in economics and linguistics, and an MBA from McGill University's MBAJapan program in Tokyo. He has published articles on a variety of topics, and enjoys sports involving water, whether flowing or frozen. He is fluent in English and Japanese. |

| Director of Operations, Scott is responsible for project management and the back office. Scott has 25 years of multinational business and IT experience, including 14 in Japan. He has worked for such companies as Procter & Gamble, where he was a systems programmer, and EDS, where he was a consultant and business development manager. |
| Scott is a graduate of the University of South Florida with a bachelor's degree in computer science and has a dual MBA in Finance and in International Management from McGill University's MBAJapan program in Tokyo. Scott enjoys reading and traveling, and is fluent in English and Japanese, conversational in Spanish. |
