QE Tech software products and associated services are targeted primarily to international companies with multi-lingual workforces that must create, read and search e-mail, business reports and other documentation in English. QE Techfs typical user is a non-native English speaker, working in an international environment and authoring documentation unproductively, and/or producing documentation not easily intelligible to speakers of other languages. QE Tech services its own customers directly, for whom we provide or can arrange services such as: QE Tech is always looking for companies and individuals who wish to introduce WritE-mail to their existing customers, and increase the value of existing business relationships. Resellers may wish to provide all or just part of the package of software and services required to deliver documentation quality improvements, on-the-job training, faster writing speeds, convenience and confidence. QE Tech services its own customers directly, for whom we provide or can arrange services such as: QE Tech WritE-mail evaluation and implementation software user training sessions training seminars in Cross-Culture Communications software customization workshops business and information consulting technical support Our proposal to resellers is to service their customers together - QET can provide the software platform and service methodology, and resellers should, at a minimum, look after the sales initialization and relationship maintenance. As a principle, we encourage our resellers to take on as much of the service provision as they feel capable of, increasing their commissions payable, which typically range between 15% and 40% of license fees.
