License Number: Enter the License Number supplied by QE Tech KK. If you do not have this information, please contact QE Tech KK at 03-5467-6622.
User ID: Enter any user id. It must be at least 8 characters long and can contain English single byte (hankaku) letters and/or numbers.
Password: Enter any password. It must be at least 8 characters long and can contain English single byte (hankaku) letters and/or numbers.
Company Name: Enter the Company Name as supplied by QE Tech KK along with the License Number. If you do not have this information, please contact QE Tech KK at 03-5467-6622.
Firstname: Enter your first name.
Lastname: Enter your last name.
Email Address: Enter an e-mail address. This information will only be used by QE Tech KK to contact you regarding your license. Please read the QE Tech Privacy Policy on the web if you have any questions.
Phone number: Enter your phone number. This information will only be used by QE Tech KK to contact you regarding your license. Please read the QE Tech Privacy Policy on the web if you have any questions.
