Once you have installed QE Tech WritE-mail, you can start the software with one of the shortcuts on the desktop of the quick luanch bar next to the Start button



You will be asked to login if you are registered, or you may use the 10 day trial instead



QE Tech WritE-mail opens with the Category buttons across the top of the window

Choosing the Requests Category, for example, will display the Logic Steps on the left side of the window

Click any Logic Step to see the Phrase List for that Step. Translations Pop-up when you hover the mouse over the Phrases

When you select your Phrase, it will appear in the Edit window, with an example Ending selected and ready for over-typing

Just type the Ending you want to use instead of the example. Remember to add punctuation if you do edit the Ending!

Then move onto the next Logic Step Button, without pressing Enter

You can make your way through the Logic Steps choosing those steps you need. It is not required that you use all Steps.

When you are finished, click the Finish Button, or Select it from the Message Menu

The massage will be transferred to your e-mail software - you may need to use Paste unless you are using Outlook, Outlook Express, Becky or WeMail

Now you can check your spelling and add addresses from your address book, and send the message!
